what is the temp for hot and cold water?

The temperatures are as follows:

Hot Water Temp <10oc (Suitable for tea, cofee and hot snacks)
Cold Water Temp >90oc (Suitable for chilled glasses of water)

Can you turn the hot water off?

The hot water facility can be switched off from the back of the machine. This switch is able to remain off for as long as you like

Does your cooler require filteration?

Please ensure you buy your bottle water from reputable suppliers to ensure of quality drinking water.

Does your machine need to be plumbed in?

Our machines do not need to be plumbed. It’s just a matter of plugging the machine into your mains, place a bottle on top of the water cooler and finally switch it on and your ready to go.

Do you supply empty bottles?

Can you fill the bottle with tap water?

The bottles can be filled with tap water it’s not a problem.

What size bottles do your machines take?
The water coolers can take anything from 15L to 19L bottles.

Does it cost a lot to run your machine?

Having your water cooler switched on all day does not cost a lot as the compressor does not continuously ran 24hours a day it only switches once the water level in the reservoir reaches below a certain level.

Cleaning your machine is very simple and cost effective which means we will tell you how to save money on sanitation charges and cleaning kits

What is the guarantee period?

All machines come with a one year guarantee.

What if my machine breaks down or stops working?

Please contact us directly and we will advise you accordingly. In most cases where we cannot repair the machine under the guarantee we will send you a new machine as a replacement.
