Orders:

• When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order and also to acknowledge your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check your email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Your order will be accepted by us (and a invoice will then be formed) when we dispatch the goods to you.

Delivery:

• Unique Imports Ltd believe in giving our customers the cheapest delivery option with the best available service we can offer. We are working with several respected courier companies to make sure we fulfill the best delivery we can give to you. Our method of delivery would be to give you the cheapest option yet at the same time making sure delivery is done within a reasonable time period of up to 3-4 working days. We tend to give our customers an economy service opposing to an express service, however, if you would like an express service please do notify us so that we can arrange this for you.

• We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Unique Imports Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

• Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will hold them at your own risk and will be liable for their loss or destruction. We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.

• The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.

• When we deliver your items to you you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.

Payment

• Payment can be made by any method. We can take payment from either your PayPal account or your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

• All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Where we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds:

• All products carry a 14-day money back guarantee.

• The product/item cannot have been installed/modified/used in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with accessories/equipment and any other parts supplied.

• We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.

Faulty Goods:

• Any damages, Faults or shortages must be notified within seven days of receipt.

• Unique Imports Ltd cannot accept responsibility after this period

• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.

Warranty:

• All products with the exception of wear and tear items carry a 12 month return to base warranty.

• In the event of a fault occurring the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.

• The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.
