Terms and Conditions of Unique Imports Ltd

• All products conform to British and EN standards

• Description and finishes are given as a guide only to assist the consumer and therefore to not constitute a legally binding contract.

• When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a confirmatory email that we are processing your order and giving you estimated timescales for delivery. You should check your email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. You will receive an invoice when we dispatch the goods to you.

• Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods, please go to the Returns section for further information.

• Unique Imports Ltd works with several respected courier companies to make sure we fulfill the best delivery we can give to you at the most cost effective prices. Delivery is usually 3-4 working days, however an express service is available on request. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors..

• Once delivered, the goods become your responsibility and we will not be liable for any loss or destruction.

• Payment can be made by any method including PayPal or card. This method is 100% Safe and Secure. 

• Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• All prices are shown in £'s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Where we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

• All products carry a 14-day money back guarantee.

• The product/item cannot have been installed/modified/used in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with accessories/equipment and any other parts supplied.

• We have the right to refuse refunds for failure to meet the above criteria.

• Any damages, Faults or shortages must be notified within seven days of receipt.

• Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full in accordance with the consumer's requirements.
• Fauly items that are sent back must not have been tampered with in anyway. We will not be liable to issue any refund if products has been tampered with.
• Items which are returned faulty must be sent back in its original packaging complete with any accessories/equipment and any other parts supplied.
• We have the right to refuse items back for failure to meet the above criteria.

• All products with the exception of wear and tear items carry a 12 month return to base warranty.

• In the event of a fault occurring, the product will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.

• The warranty applies to electrical components only and is void if deemed that the fitting has been incorrectly fitted or suffered abuse in a manner not intended for the purpose supplied.

• To return goods for any reason please call or E-mail Unique Imports Ltd who will give you returns instructions.

• Goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Goods must be returned by registered post at the client’s expense.

• Goods returned for reasons relating to a fault will be postage paid returned to the consumer.
